Neovasc Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule
Neovasc, a specialty medical device company, announced it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement, allowing it to remain listed. However, the company still needs to meet Nasdaq's minimum market value requirement of US$35 million by June 8, 2021. Currently, the Reducer and Tiara products target the cardiovascular market, with Reducer available in Europe since 2015 and Tiara under clinical investigation.
