Despite ongoing economic challenges, 50% of executives prioritize reskilling and upskilling, with 48% focusing on integrating modern technologies. A notable 9% of leaders report profit gains over 25% from such investments. However, employee satisfaction remains an issue, with 45% feeling unfulfilled in their roles. The survey involved 1,000 executives across 16 industries in North America, highlighting the importance of communication and flexible work options.
