The Company has received commitments from investors to invest:

$3,299,321.00 t hrough the issuance of 3,665,912 "flow-though" common shares of the Company to purchasers in Québec (the "Québec FT Shares"), at a issue price of$0.90 per Québec FT Share; and - C
$1,700,679.72 t hrough issuance of 1,441,254 charity "flow-through" common shares of the Company to purchasers in Québec ("Québec Charity FT Shares), at a front-end issue price of$1.18 per Québec Charity FT Share.
