New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ; “New Residential” or the “Company”) announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Genesis Capital LLC (“Genesis”), a leading business purpose lender, along with a related portfolio of loans, from affiliates of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (“Goldman Sachs”). The transaction was initially announced on October 11, 2021.
