NIO Inc. has announced that its Class A ordinary shares will begin trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) on May 20, 2022, pending necessary approvals. This follows the receipt of an eligibility-to-list letter from SGX-ST on May 5, 2022. Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs are acting as joint issue managers for the secondary listing.
