Northern Vertex Mining Corp. Announces Share Consolidation, Name Change and Registration for OTCQX trading in the United States
Northern Vertex Mining Corp. (OTC: NHVCF) has announced a share consolidation, reducing its outstanding shares from approximately 364.9 million to 60.8 million at a ratio of 1:6. Concurrently, the company will change its name to Elevation Gold Mining Corporation. This consolidation aims to enhance business flexibility and facilitate financing opportunities. Moreover, approximately 19.5 million shares related to the merger with Eclipse Gold Mining will be cancelled. The changes are pending approval from the TSXV and will allow trading on the OTCQX platform for U.S. investors.
- Share consolidation may improve stock price and attract investors.
- Cancellation of 19.5 million shares reduces total outstanding shares, potentially increasing shareholder value.
- Consolidation reflects low share price, which may indicate underlying financial issues.
- Approval from TSXV is uncertain, posing a risk to the consolidation and name change plans.
