The Company continues to anticipate achieving full year revenue growth for 2022 over 2021. Newtopia further announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of 1,140,000 stock options to certain tenured employees and newly hired employees. The options issued to newly hired employees will expire five years from the date such employees complete their probationary period, and the exercise price will be based on the closing price of Newtopia's common shares on the trading day prior to the day these employees complete their probationary period.
