Wellen joins Naples Soap Company with over two decades of leadership experience in the wellness and skin care industries. Most recently, she served as the Director of Retail Sales at Charlotte's Web, where she successfully established national partnerships with well-known retailers to significantly boost brand recognition and sales growth.

Prior to that, Wellen founded Mantra Mask, an innovative skin care brand that gained recognition for its unique combination of CBD and premium global ingredients.
