Matt has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry with a concentration in commercial lending, portfolio management and credit analysis at local community banks. He will be responsible for executing the Company’s new products and services initiatives, collaborating with business line leaders to ensure process efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington; he is a graduate of Risk Management Association’s Advanced Commercial Lending School and the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
