FAIRMONT, W. Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) (“MVB Financial,” “MVB,” or the “Company”) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, maintaining the dividend declared in the previous quarter for shareholders of record as of September 1, 2022, payable on September 15, 2022. This is the third quarterly dividend for 2022, a 21% increase from third quarter 2022 compared to third quarter 2021.
“Robust loan growth and a favorable liquidity profile helped drive significant net interest margin expansion during the second quarter, while measures of asset quality remained stable,” said Larry F. Mazza, Chief Executive Officer, MVB Financial.
“As part of our MVB‐F1: Success Loves Speed Strategy, our fast track growth vehicles remained strong because of our large noninterest‐bearing deposit base, while our cost of funds held relatively steady. All in all, our growth vehicles are gaining speed through significant investment, highlighting the diversification inherent in our business strategy as we continue to maneuver in wet track conditions.
“We are pleased to continue to create value for shareholders. MVB continues to be opportunistic and look for deals that make sense to our business model. On August 12, we announced a merger with Integrated Financial Holdings, Inc. that accelerates both our SBA and Strategic Lending Partnerships growth vehicles to the benefit of our clients and shareholders.”
