Designated person notification
ArcelorMittal has announced that notifications regarding share transactions conducted by Designated Persons (Directors or Executive Officers) are now publicly available. These notifications, in compliance with Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, can be accessed through two official channels: the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's electronic database OAM at www.bourse.lu and ArcelorMittal's corporate website under the Investors section.
ArcelorMittal ha annunciato che le notifiche relative alle transazioni azionarie effettuate da Persone Designate (Direttori o Dirigenti) sono ora disponibili pubblicamente. Queste notifiche, in conformità con l'Articolo 19(3) delle Regolamentazioni UE sul Mercato Abusivo, possono essere consultate attraverso due canali ufficiali: il database elettronico OAM della Borsa di Lussemburgo su www.bourse.lu e il sito web aziendale di ArcelorMittal nella sezione Investitori.

Ces notifications, conformément à l'article 19(3) des réglementations de l'UE sur l'abus de marché, peuvent être consultées via deux canaux officiels : la base de données électronique OAM de la Bourse de Luxembourg sur www.bourse.lu et le site internet corporate d'ArcelorMittal dans la section Investisseurs.
ArcelorMittal hat bekannt gegeben, dass Benachrichtigungen über Aktiengeschäfte von Personen, die als Befugte gelten (Direktoren oder Geschäftsführer), nun öffentlich verfügbar sind.
