Cosgrove, Jr. to a three-year term on the Company’s Board of Directors. Shareholders also approved a non-binding advisory resolution approving the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers and ratified the Audit Committee’s selection of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020.
