Monolithic Power Systems Announces Results for the Second Quarter Ended June 30, 2022
Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) reported strong financial results for Q2 2022, with revenue reaching $461 million, a 22.1% quarterly increase and a 57.2% year-over-year increase. GAAP net income was $114.7 million, or $2.37 per diluted share, compared to $55.2 million a year earlier. Gross margins improved, with GAAP gross margin at 58.8%. The company forecasts Q3 revenue between $480 million and $500 million. Continued expansion in R&D and manufacturing partnerships is noted, indicating growth strategies are in motion.
