("Motion") (Nasdaq: MOTN), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, announced today that its merger partner Ambulnz, Inc., dba DocGo, a leading provider of last-mile telehealth and integrated medical mobility services, has disclosed select preliminary unaudited financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2021.

Preliminary First Quarter 2021 Financial Highlights and Full-Year Revenue Outlook
