Mr. Olmeta, a seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience as a financial leader, will succeed Larry Katz, who has moved into the role of President.

He has also held positions at CarProof, now part of CARFAX Canada, and Solera Holdings where he spent nearly six years in a variety of corporate development and finance roles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Olmeta spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Mr. Olmeta currently serves on the board of directors of AutoCanada (TSE: ACQ), Canada’s largest automotive dealer group. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
