(NASDAQ: MGYR) (the "Company"), parent company of Magyar Bank, today announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2021 and is expected to be paid on or about December 14, 2021. This is the first cash dividend for the Company since the completion of its second-step mutual to stock conversion and public offering in July 2021.
