The Fund appointed XA Investments LLC (“XAI”) as its investment adviser, and it also retained Madison Asset Management, LLC (“Madison”) as its sub-adviser. Additionally, the Fund announced that it would change its corporate name to XAI Madison Equity Premium Income Fund.
