Dr. Mirrer brings over 40 years of experience in academia and the non-profit sector, including more than 20 years of executive leadership. Since 2004, she has been the President and CEO of the New York Historical Society, where she has significantly enhanced the organization's position and overseen a $100 million capital campaign. Dr. Mirrer will join as the fourth Independent Director alongside John Allison, Kenneth Shropshire, and Laila Worrell.
