Third Quarter Fiscal 2024 Highlights Compared to Third Quarter Fiscal 2023:

This release includes the following financial measures defined as non-GAAP financial measures by the Securities and Exchange Commission: Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted EBITDA Margin, Adjusted Fully Distributed Net (Loss) Income and Adjusted Fully Distributed Net (Loss) Income per Share.
