DiGeronimo has been elected to the Board of Directors of Middlefield Banc Corp., and was named as a member to the Audit Committee. Mr. DiGeronimo replaces Clayton W. Rose, III who announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Middlefield Banc Corp.
