- Revenue was
$146.6 million for the quarter, up3% year-over-year, and$620.0 million for the year, up8% year-over-year.- Transaction revenue was
$50.8 million , compared to$56.5 million in the same period in 2021, down10% year-over-year. - Subscription revenue was
$91.0 million , compared to$80.7 million in the same period in 2021, an increase of13% year-over-year. We had approximately 1.4 million subscription units as of December 31, 2022 with approximately 26 thousand net units added in the quarter, and our average revenue per subscription unit increased9% from 2021. - Partner revenue was relatively flat at
$4.9 million for both quarters in 2022 and 2021.

We define Non-GAAP net income as net income (loss) adjusted to exclude amortization of acquired intangible assets, stock-based compensation expense, certain transaction-related expenses, and certain other non-recurring expenses, net of related income tax impacts.
