These decreases were offset by the increases in directors’ fees and stock-based compensation expenses of approximately$0.1 million . - Lightbridge’s total corporate research and development costs decreased by approximately
$0.1 million for the three months ended June 30, 2022, as compared to the three months ended June 30, 2021. This decrease was primarily due to a decrease in consulting and outside R&D expenses of approximately$0.1 million . All other R&D expenses for the three months ended June 30, 2022 and the three months ended June 30, 2021 were consistent period over period. - Total net other operating income related to contributed services – research and development was
$0.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022 and June 30, 2021, with a charge to R&D expenses and a corresponding amount recorded to contributed services – research and development. - Net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2022 was
