Moonlight is located north of the northwest corner of West Smith Enke Road and North Green Road. Landsea Homes will offer 78 thoughtfully designed one- and two-story homes, with floorplans ranging from 1,332 to 2,624 square feet. Sales are estimated to launch this summer. Pricing will be announced at a later date.

Each home by Landsea Homes at Moonlight will feature the company's renowned High Performance Home features including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple Home™ environment and energy savings to make life at home healthier and more comfortable.
