MIDWEST CITY, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy (OVCA), is one of seven K-12 schools in the state, and the only all-virtual school to receive the prestigious Oklahoma Purple Star Designation from the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
