RYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LICT Corporation (OTC Pink: LICT) is announcing that it is conducting a search for a Chief Executive Officer.

The search will focus on an individual with broadband experience, who will augment and accelerate LICT’s plan to deploy high speed broadband service to the communities we serve in six states.

Mr. Mario J. Gabelli, (y)our current CEO, will serve in the role of Executive Chairman.
