Lee Enterprises reported its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2020 results, highlighting a 7.8% improvement in revenue trends and significant progress in digital transformation. Subscription revenue constituted 46.5% of total revenue, with digital-only subscriptions surging 67.3% year-over-year.
