ORLANDO, Fla., June 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kalera Public Limited Company ( “Kalera”) (NASDAQ: KAL) and Agrico Acquisition Corp. (“Agrico”) today announced the completion of their previously announced business combination. The combined company will retain the Kalera name and will commence trading on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “KAL” on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. The business combination was approved at a special meeting of shareholders on June 28, 2022.
