Effective immediately, Broker Dealers’ Clearing Houses holding DogeSPAC LLC certificates for their clients may request the removal of any restriction legends. This development marks a pivotal moment for our shareholders, enhancing the potential for liquidity and providing greater flexibility in managing their investments should a market develop for DogeSPAC LLC units.
DogeSPAC LLC was spun-off from Kronos, as announced on June 22, 2021. Kronos distributed DogeSPAC LLC units to its shareholders on August 25, 2021, with each shareholder receiving one unit per share held as of the record date of June 15, 2021. Kronos retains a
