(the “Fund”) (NYSE: KMF) announced today that it reached a conditional agreement with institutional investors relating to a private placement of $40 million of senior unsecured notes (“Notes”). The private placement is expected to fund on or about March 29, 2023.

Net proceeds will be used to refinance existing leverage and for general corporate purposes. The table below sets forth the key terms of the Notes to be issued:
