Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM) has priced a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.250% notes due December 1, 2031, with an effective yield of 2.301%. The offering is expected to settle on September 22, 2021, pending customary closing conditions. Net proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes, including repaying borrowings and funding acquisition opportunities.
