There, he specialized in executive search and leadership assessments for Danish and Nordic pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic clients.

Prior to working in executive search, Rønn spent many years in commercial roles with publicly listed medical device, diagnostic and biotechnology companies.
