Jackpot Digital Inc. (OTCQB: JPOTF) has signed letters of intent to install Jackpot Blitz® at L'Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles and L'Auberge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, marking the first installations within Penn Entertainment properties.
These installations are pending regulatory approvals and are part of Jackpot's expansion into new jurisdictions. The company already serves various cruise lines and has installations across eight U.S. states. The installations are subject to all customary licensing and regulatory approvals.
Discussions are currently in progress for the installation of Jackpot Blitz® at additional Penn properties.
In addition to its cruise ship customers, which include Carnival Cruises, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruises, Holland America, AIDA, and Costa Cruises, Jackpot presently has land-based installations or orders in eight states and territories in the U.S., including California, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, South Dakota, US Virgin Islands, and several international jurisdictions. Each new table installed represents added monthly recurring revenue to the Company.
