Since 1994, the Foundation has made positive and lasting impacts on communities worldwide by contributing over US$48 million to strategic partnerships, volunteering, and charitable causes.

While the Foundation has always focused on education and first offered four-year college scholarships to at-risk youth, its mission has evolved into investing in a brighter future by helping youth achieve their full potential through educational and financial literacy initiatives, supporting grassroots causes in regions where Janus Henderson operates, as well as supporting the ideas and passions of employees. Since its inception, the Foundation’s educational grants have supported over 830,000 students.

The Foundation has always empowered employees to actively participate in philanthropy, fostering a culture of giving and community engagement. Since 2016, the global Janus Henderson Charity Challenge has allowed employees to nominate and vote on charities for the Foundation to support. Nominations to this program have resulted in US$1,928,716 donated to 370 charities worldwide. North America

• More than 50 Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) Scholars received scholarships supported by Janus Henderson to attend one of 30 community colleges, universities, or technical colleges in Colorado.
