SHENZHEN, China, March 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) (“Aurora Mobile” or the “Company”), a leading mobile developer service provider in China, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in Wuhan SendCloud Technology Co., Ltd. (“SendCloud”), China’s leading Email API platform for consumer marketing and user-centric transactional email services, with the total cash consideration to be paid upon completion of the transaction. In addition, the Company plans to grant equity awards to the management of SendCloud.
