JSB Financial Inc. Announces Semi-Annual Dividend

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JSB Financial Inc. (OTC Pink: JFWV), the holding company of Jefferson Security Bank, announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $1.25 per common share at its February 19, 2025 meeting. The cash dividend is payable on March 14, 2025 to shareholders of record on March 3, 2025. This represents an increase of $0.05 from the previous semi-annual cash dividend of $1.20 per share paid in September 2024.
