Tony Tripeny joins as Non-Executive Director, bringing over 40 years of financial and operational leadership experience, including a 36-year career at Corning Incorporated where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 2022.
Additionally, current Non-Executive Director Lorraine Martin has been appointed as Lead Independent Director.
