INTRUSION Inc. (NASDAQ:INTZ) has announced a follow-on public offering of 3,100,000 shares at $8.00 per share, aiming to raise approximately $16 million to fund growth initiatives. The offering includes 2,000,000 shares issued by the company and 1,100,000 shares from selling shareholders.
