Mihalcea is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan and is Director of the University's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. Mihalcea is the second member of Innodata's advisory board, following the appointment of Microsoft's US West region Chief Data Officer Eduardo Kassner announced June 30.
