HyreCar Announces Pricing of $25.85 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
HyreCar Inc. (NASDAQ: HYRE) has announced a public offering of 2,200,000 shares at $11.75 each, aiming to raise approximately $25.85 million in gross proceeds. The underwriters have a 30-day option to buy an additional 330,000 shares. The offering is expected to close around February 8, 2021. Proceeds will be used for working capital, sales and marketing, and technology investments to expand its platform. Lake Street Capital Markets and Northland Securities are the joint book-running managers for the offering.

Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC and Northland Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers, D.A. Davidson & Co., Maxim Group, and Ladenberg Thalman & Co., are acting as financial advisors for the offering.
HyreCar intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital, and general corporate purposes including sales and marketing and technology investments to continue to grow its platform.
A registration statement relating to the securities being sold in the offering has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2020.
