Hyundai Motor America reported record-breaking January 2023 sales of 52,001 units, marking a 9% increase from January 2022. This is the third consecutive month of record total sales. The Elantra N achieved all-time best sales, while retail sales reached 48,247 units, a 1% year-over-year increase, setting a record for the sixth consecutive month. Eco-friendly vehicle sales rose by 17%, contributing 18% of the retail volume. Notable increases were seen in the Elantra HEV (+574%), IONIQ 5 (+57%), and Kona EV (+334%). Hyundai's strong dealer feedback at the NADA Show reflects the brand's growing confidence.
