The Company also announced that it has filed a Form 12b-25 with the SEC today, as it requires additional time to file its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ending September 30, 2023, due to delays in connection with the cybersecurity incident experienced by the Company and its decision to take down certain applications affecting its operational and information technology systems, as disclosed on a Form 8-K filed on October 16, 2023. The Company expects to file its Form 10 for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2023, before the end of November 2023.
