HCA Healthcare reported first-quarter 2022 revenues of $14.945 billion, up from $13.977 billion in Q1 2021. Net income was $1.273 billion or $4.14 per diluted share, down from $1.423 billion. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $2.944 billion from $3.052 billion a year prior. Key metrics showed 2.1% and 5.0% increases in same facility admissions and equivalent admissions, respectively.
