(CSE: HBFG) (OTCQB: HBFGF) ("Happy Belly" or the "Company"), a leader in acquiring and scaling emerging food brands across Canada is pleased to announce that just two weeks following our May 27th news release regarding the signing of a franchisee for the province of Prince Edward Island ("PEI"), we have secured a prime real estate location in the City of Charlottetown, PEI. The franchisee is an experienced multi-unit, multi-branded operator who currently owns both Lettuce Love Café and HEAL Wellness in Westdale, Hamilton. We anticipate the Charlottetown location to open in late Q3 2025. Heal Wellness ("Heal") is a quick-service restaurant ("QSR") brand specializing in fresh smoothie bowls, açaí bowls, and smoothies.
