Amerisure Insurance has successfully deployed Guidewire's PolicyCenter and BillingCenter on Guidewire Cloud for policy administration, underwriting, and billing management. The implementation started with Workers' Compensation line of business across all operating regions, with commercial auto and loss sensitive lines currently being implemented.
Following the migration of ClaimCenter to Guidewire Cloud in 2023, Amerisure is now a full Guidewire InsuranceSuite customer on Guidewire Cloud. The implementation, led by PwC, was completed on time and on budget. The new system enables account-level viewing, improved access to policy information, and streamlined processes through new integrations.
Key improvements include real-time visibility of quote-issue-bind cycle for new policies and significantly reduced staff training time. Amerisure plans to leverage Guidewire Marketplace solutions and PartnerConnect ecosystem to enhance workflow efficiency and improve policyholder experience.
