Group Eleven Resources (TSXV: ZNG) (OTC: GRLVF) has announced the appointment of Franz Bollmann to its Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2025. Bollmann, nominated by Glencore Canada which owns 16.1% of the company, replaces Gatlin Smeijers who stepped down to pursue another opportunity.
Bollmann currently serves as Finance Manager at Glencore Zinc and as a Director of Glencore Servicios Corporativos Spain. He joined Glencore in 2014, working in finance, commercial, and business development roles in the Latam region, and previously served as a director of Volcan Compañia Minera. Before Glencore, he worked in sales and trading at Raymond James in the United States. Bollmann holds a Finance degree with a Mathematics minor from the University of Arkansas.
