DETROIT, July 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) announced today the pricing of two series of senior unsecured fixed rate notes for a total of $2.25 billion. These notes include $1.0 billion of 5.40 percent notes due in 2029 and $1.25 billion of 5.60 percent notes due in 2032. The offering is expected to settle on August 2, 2022.
