Through a one-year base period plus 4 option years and two additional 1-year award terms, CGI will provide a broad set of shared services to the offices, boards, divisions and bureaus within the DOJ and across other federal agencies. The contract helps DOJ achieve economies of scale and provide consistent, efficient solutions across more than 50 component offices. Among those services is warehousing, leveraging Sunflower Asset Management Solutions, which was newly acquired by the company through its recent merger with Sunflower Systems.
