FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kaplan, a global educational services provider, has been certified as a Most Loved Workplace, backed by the research and analysis of Best Practice Institute (BPI), for the fourth consecutive year. Most Loved Workplace validation provides the most comprehensive look at workplace sentiment for organizations today, according to BPI.

Kaplan earned this distinction based on its scores on the Love of Workplace Index™, which surveyed employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment including the level of respect, collaboration, support, and sense of belonging they feel at the company.

"We are deeply honored that Kaplan has been recognized as a Most Loved Workplace for the fourth consecutive year. This recognition underscores what our team has long understood and appreciated: The heart of Kaplan's success resides in its people. Our journey to becoming the company we are today owes everything to the unwavering dedication and diversity of our exceptional professionals, who devotedly support our students, partners, and each other. Together, we have built and sustained a remarkable history as an employer of choice," affirmed Gregory Marino, CEO, Kaplan North America.

Yvonne Yancy, Kaplan North America's Chief People Officer, said, “Achieving Most Loved Workplace certification for the fourth year in a row reflects our employees’ spirit, commitment, and values. This recognition fuels our ongoing mission to build upon what we already have by prioritizing employee engagement and talent development. We remain passionately focused on our mission of transforming lives through education, and with such a dedicated and visionary workforce, we know the best is yet to come.”

Backed by BPI, in its original research that created MLW criteria, Most Loved Workplaces surveyed more than 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia. They found that productivity rises as employee sentiment increases, with 94 percent of responders saying they did three to four times more work for a company they loved and 95 percent saying they stayed at companies they loved three to four times longer.
