(TSXV: GFG) (OTCQB: GFGSF) (“GFG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) has conditionally approved its previously announced acquisition with International Explorers and Prospectors Inc. (the “Agreement”) to acquire a 100% interest in the 6,500-hectare WWCC property (see press release dated February 24, 2022), subject to certain pre-existing encumbrances. The Company anticipates to close the Agreement in the near future.
