MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gladstone Investment Corporation (Nasdaq: GAIN) (the “Company”) held its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on Thursday, August 6, 2020.  To solicit additional votes to establish a quorum for the Annual Meeting, the meeting was adjourned until Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. EDT, and will reconvene at that time as a live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/GAIN2020
